Moses Morris Osborn, c1870

By the time Harry wrote today, he had heard again from his parents, Moses Morris Osborn and Susan Amelia Hedenberg Osborn, who lived on a farm near Madison, New Jersey. Their three surviving daughters (Susan Amelia, Margaret Hedenberg and Electa Carrie) lived with them. They had also had a son and a daughter who both died before Harry was born.

“It scarcely seems possible that two whole weeks have gotten away for it seems as though I had been away from you for at least a year.” Osborn, Henry 1884-9-22
