Henry and Effie Osborn

After asking Effie to continue her pursuit for the article he needed, Harry related a story about a troupe of bears that had entertained a crowd on Purdue’s campus.

“I speculated upon what would happen at the toll path half a mile down the road. I didn’t see “bears” on the list of animals to be charged and possibly these got thro on a technicality.” Osborn, Henry 1884-10-4
