Henry and Effie Osborn at home

Henry and Effie Osborn

Today Harry wrote about two books that he was reading, Dickens’ Little Dorrit and George Washington Cable’s Dr. Sevier (for more on Cable go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Washington_Cable). He gave her a breakdown of the time it took for her letters to be delivered and his opinion on the Democratic Party.

I wrote on in my interest forgetting that you had not yet been a biologist long enough to enjoy a post mortem. Osborn, Henry 1884-11-2
