Henry and Effie Osborn at home

Henry and Effie Osborn

Most of Effie’s letter was a reproach.

Harry also complained but about Miss Whipple, Mrs. Stockton, and the weather rather than Effie.

“I guess I wont feel sorry that I have scolded you for I think you deserve it, and it serves you right for trying to get the measles.” Osborn, Effie 1886-1-20

“I am very much chagrined over the letter I left in the chair.” Osborn, Henry 1886-1-20
