Henry and Effie Osborn at home

Henry and Effie Osborn

Harry’s letter was filled with news today. He gave an update on Miss Weed’s condition, talked about Miss Whipple’s trouble with letters and of receiving an unsolicited book, and revealed some of Mame Hiller’s history. The professor who had recently died was Calvin Sears Harrington, professor of Latin at Wesleyan University (go to https://archive.org/stream/memoriesoflifeof00harr#page/n5/mode/2up for a memorial written by Harrington’s wife).

Darling women are so different from men. Osborn, Henry 1886-2-26
